Vilanova Port - Tarragona

Solution with C-160 Climbing Platform system for a capping beam for a port with the following characteristics: 1.2 metres high with a 0.5 m cantilever over the sea. To move the assembly with agility it was verifi ed that the best solution was to make modules of 2.6 m to join to the sheet pile of the port. Thus both the load-carrying capacity of the climbing platform and the fi xing were optimised with an M24 bar.Between the Multiform beams and the brackets, outlets were designed to be able to remove the formwork from the beam once concreted. These outlets allow the formwork to be lowered 4 cm to release it be able to remove it. In this case, so as not to have to lift the formwork to remove it, a “yoyo” was welded to it so that, once the outlet is activated, the formwork can be removed with a movement on one single plane, removing the formwork in the direction of the sea.The solution designed by Alsina worked perfectly and the work was completed within the established time frame.

Silos - Castellón

Revolutionary and patented method to formwork spherical hoods in
large dimension covers that involves rectangular metal pieces tied on a perimeter wall (it is made with Alisply Circular at 6 m in height), a plastic canvas serves formwork to the concrete projected from within.
This canvas acquires spherical shape after been infl ated by a blower.
The scrap metal process runs through lift baskets on the inside.

Bastarreche Port - Alicante

Alsina runs the extension of Repsol´s pier for tankers discharge.The project consisted in the construction of a building located in an artificial island connected to the port. To work the formwork, Alsina used 3.500 m3 of CL-40 shoring system which a small part was bracket
above the sea. For the column system implementation it was used Alisply Universal. Given the uniqueness of the project, the material
was used to support the pier and then was transferred to the artificial island. The client was fully satisfi ed with the formwork provided by Alsina.
