Ecomecano

Recoverable formwork system for flat one-way concrete floors, composed by steel elements in the structural part and wood boards in the form surface. The system can be adapted to all kind of flat one-way concrete floors.

ADVANTAGES
- SIMPLE
The Ecomecano system uses Support Girders, Supports, intermediate Girders and winged Girders. It is easy to assemble and it allows recovering material in 6 days’ time, remaining only those elements needed in the two ways of the floor.

- QUALITY OF ELEMENTS
The Alsina Ecomecano System, unlike other similar products and in spite of its easy assembly, offers a high finish quality.
- Elements painted with polyester paint.
- Semi-rigid joint between Girders.
- Intelligent design of Girders.
- The ends of the components are closed to protect them from concrete debris.
- High quality steel: light and resistant.
- Possibility of including 2 and 3 m Support Girders.

- LARGE SUPPORTING SURFACE
The Ecomecano and Alucubetas Systems use the same Girders, fastening a support area for the 4 cm panel quite larger than the one of similar systems.

- RECOVERABLE
The Ecomecano and Alumecano Systems share common elements. Nevertheless its application is recommendable for works of small dimensions where the cost of material by recovery in 6 days’ time instead of 3 is not excessively important. The report drafted by the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) certifies this argument.

- SAFE
The Ecomecano System is compatible with the Alsipercha System. Thus, the safety of the operator is guaranteed at every time during the decking and floor finishing phases.
