SAFETY
Our resolute commitment to safety extends from the investments in the development of products in our R+D department to the continuous on site training of professionals and final users.
We are proud to have been recognized with several awards and mentions from different backgrounds and institutions of the construction sector because of our awareness of the importance of safety on working sites. This reaffirms us further to go on working on improving the products and implementation processes of “on site” concrete structures with the aim of going on helping on the safety of working sites.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
Alsina gives on site training; on the clients’ request our Technician-Sales Agents visit on a daily basis many working sites where, in addition to advise them on the use and assembly of the different formwork systems, they can give training sessions. This helps to comply with the training demands of the new 32/2006 Subcontracting Law.
When a client contracts the Alsipercha fall arrest system Alsina offers a free of charge training. A person in charge in Alsina goes to the work site and gives the training. At the end a diploma certifies the training received by the company and the operator. These sessions are also given for all the Alsina systems.
In collaboration with the Gaudí Institute of Construction and with the support of the Generalitat of Catalunya we have organized a 10 hours’ duration course on prevention for formwork operators. The theoretical-practical course is given by specialized staff and the documents handed are written in different languages. With the completion of this course the training requirements of the Subcontracting Law are fulfiled.

ACADEMIC TRAINING
Alsina has been developing for over a decade an intensive training plan orientated to the academic background. These sessions are given by our training responsible. The experience and feedback from these training sessions help us in the task of communicating the progress that Alsina brings forward to the market in both, the improvement of our systems and the formworking processes.

CERTIFICATIONS
Alsina has a technical team that is present at the centres of decision of the standards regarding the implementation processes of the “on-site” concrete structures. As a result Alsina’s formwork systems comply with the applicable standards in relation to safety. Our collaboration with official agencies and colleges is bringing us back the certifications of our systems and processes.
